INCHES was launched in 1995
With the twin purpose of offering value-added services to the, then nascent, private insurers by designing customized solutions deploying deep medical and forensic insights coupled with decades of grass root intelligence of customer behaviour and physician attitudes.
Insights provided by INCHES helped insurers fine tune Underwriting guidelines suggested by re-insurers and overseas partners to fit Indian scenario, which even then was vastly different.
